First time at this dealership for main service, must say excellent service from start to finish loan car was available at no cost and service costs were explained in detail. Would i use again Yes! Great cars great service.

Never had a good experience here. When looking to buy they didn't phone me back as promised re a Skoda stock car. When asked to program a new key for a car bought at another dealer, they refused to accept that dealer's cheque to do the work. When asked to do the same direct for the customer they wanted the car for the entire day, but couldn't do it for two weeks. Original dealer did it in 40 minutes while I drank their coffee! When asked to look at a non-functioning horn under warranty, Startin wanted it for TWO DAYS! Went back to original dealer (Arbury, Leamington) who looked at while I waited and within 36 hours.
